Our Subscribe & Stay Sane programme delivers your chosen product automatically at the frequency you select, at 15% off the standard price. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at contact@levelheadlabs.com. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order to take effect for that cycle.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@levelheadlabs.com. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement, a refund, or something else. We're not a faceless corporation. We actually want you to be happy.
